About Cameron: Cameron Morosky was born at Hartford Hospital and has called Glastonbury, Connecticut, home his entire life. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Government with a minor in Sociology from Hamilton College and recently earned his Master of Science in Business Analytics, with a concentration in healthcare optimization, from the Quinnipiac University School of Business. While at Quinnipiac, he was inducted into the Beta Gamma Sigma International Business Honor Society and received the Faculty Award for Academic Excellence in Business Analytics. Cameron is passionate about advancing data-driven, value-based clinical care delivery, with a keen focus on promoting data clarity, integrating cutting-edge information systems with integrity and deliberation, and applying machine learning and predictive analytics to support preventive healthcare. About Colin: Colin Fanning received both his Bachelor of Science in Public Health and Master of Health Administration from the University of Maryland – College Park. A native of Cheshire, CT, Colin has worked in the Cancer Institute at Hartford HealthCare for the past two years, beginning as a medical scribe at Midstate Medical Center. This past summer, he completed an internship analyzing clinical standards and care quality as part of HHC’s membership in the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (MSK) Cancer Alliance. Most recently, he served as the inaugural Project Purple High-Risk Pancreatic Cancer Program Coordinator, helping launch the program system-wide. This has provided Colin with robust experience in care coordination and program development, identifying high-risk populations to improve early detection and outcomes for pancreatic cancer. His other interests include operations, safety, technology, and innovation.

About Coy: Coy Tyler earned his Master’s in Healthcare Administration from the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB). He also holds a Bachelor’s in Nursing from UAB. During his undergraduate studies, Coy was a Patient Care Technician throughout multiple units within UAB Hospital, and as a nurse, he worked in diverse care settings including cardiothoracic intensive care, the operating room, and ambulatory nursing leadership. Most notably, Coy assisted in the launch of the Women’s Heart Health program at UAB Medicine along with the expansion of their cardiology support footprint to three additional locations. He has interests in strategic development, improving access to care, community engagement, leadership development, and philanthropy.

About Victoria: Victoria Beaz received her Bachelor's in Psychology from Binghamton University. Her healthcare journey began at the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, when she served as a patient care receptionist and medical scribe in Queens, New York. Through uncertainty and intensity, Victoria found purpose in teamwork and resilience in healthcare. Shortly after her move to Connecticut, Victoria attended the University of New Haven and received her Master’s in Healthcare Administration. She also pursued her certification in Finance and Accounting from Harvard Business School Online. She will be completing her fellowship at the Bone and Joint Institute.
